Project "IRON COW"
Since August 2001 we are distributing milk our
of so-called "Iron Cows" to the children within the refugee camps.
In sterilized refined-steel containers on rented trucks our Afghan
staff mixes milk powder, boiled water, and vitamines to nutritious
beverage. Thus 300 to 400 children are supplied with albumen, fat,
and carbohydrates of high value.

Milk is a precious thing, for it is not
part of the food packages.
